2015 Year End Plans

Seriously going to experience new things this coming xmas, birthday and new year.

I am so so looking forward to the year end~!
My off day is from 24th to 3th Jan! hehe... long 11 days? i like it!
Ok i'll be going back taiping then travelling to sungkai and also KL.

what's so special about my holiday?
well i miss taiping, its been more than a month since the last time i went back. sorry pa n ma.
next sis is coming back... let's meet n cuddle hehe also let's go to the salon xD
if time allows, i'll ask to go to trong... never been there before... trong is in perak, near taiping.
next let's go to sungai klah hotspring.. sis has been there, not me...
then i would love to go to teluk intan to c the menara condong la.. not sure if time allows~
so then heading towards kl.. yeah parents will be coming along.. hooray!!!
so plans in kl is to visit aunty at puchong.. will be staying with her =) free accommodation! yay!
mum and dad never really been to kl for so many days.. i guess this is their 1st time together. they haven't been to my place although i have been working here for 2.5 years.. time has come now =)
hmmm where to in kl.. i know mum wants to go to bukit tinggi so so much, so yeah we'll go.
maybe klcc, kl tower?, i city, putrajaya, desapark city, sushi mentai sri petaling, batu caves..
should we go to sekinchan too? haha... i dont remember my list now... any suggestions?
well new year countdown this year, a friend had already booked me yay!
also my birthday this year will b different! requested a cake from my aunt! thanks in advanced!!!
and am glad i will be spending time with the people i love :D making beautiful memories ^_^

i know my plans won't be 100% as what i wrote but 70% is good enough =D
what's important is how i spend it with the loved ones.. not where i spend it ^^

Farewell

What to do on a colleagues farewell? Say goodbye only? or a party?

Short story
My boss was not in so i could not ask if he prepared anything special for my senior who's leaving on that day... The other boss (different department), he's considerate enough to do a surprise for my senior. You see my boss is not in.. I don't even know what to do and i only had 1 other senior but he's a guy that won't do anything to surprise the other senior (he did not mention anything on the previous intern's last day). So i really have no idea how to deal with this.. Well i am not the kind of person who'll take the first step in gathering people and saying there's a celebration and someone is leaving.. i am shy yes...

So prepared a card and a ferrero rocher as a token of appreciation for her.

Even if my boss is not taking any action. I should be the one doing something for her in represent of the company. I am glad the other boss asked me to buy a cake. Yeah somebody says something finally! But i did not manage to get a whole cake. So i told the boss i couldn't get a cake and also mention that one of the colleague mention that my senior doesn't want a cake for her farewell. She doesn't want a party.. So i said to the boss, no party but just goodbye wish then. The boss call me over again. Can you get a cupcake instead? Ok.. maybe a slice of cake will do.

So i bought a slice of cake and got the boss to represent our company to present the cake to her and also thanked her for the 9 years contribution. The senior was happy receiving it. I am happy seeing her smile. Not everyone gathered since she doesn't one a celebration... She went and thanked everyone individually at the end of the day.
Story ends

Lesson learnt?
Even if someone says she doesn't want a farewell, do take the effort to surprise her.. She doesnt mean it. It's good to have at least a slice of cake for the person leaving. =D She'l b happy =)
Even if your boss/other senior is busy to take care of this matter, u should initiate.. Ex, tell the other boss to represent your company/your department.

So guys prepare well for a good farewell for a colleague.
It's good to keep a good relationship with the person who's leaving! <--- words of wisdom from the boss!

Too many farewell this year! =( Pei Ing Good Luck!! Farewell is a norm now!!! You can do it LPI!!!
People come and go... It's normal... I find it interesting somehow having fate with whoever i met!!
Destined to meet and part... This is life... It wont stop~ Still finding the person who'll stay forever~~~

In Medan you shall see tombs everywhere... WHY???
Houses everywhere and hence tombs too.. well yes their tombs are located outside of their houses.
They believe that the deceased are clean. well is their family.. so its not an issue for them...

The people in Medan are called Batak...  They used to eat each other.. Shall remember this forever since this was told by my ex-boss~~~
